Summary

Add some basic documentation
Add ports_env_exec.sh that allows easily wrapping any command with the environment.
validate_env: Fix printing eval error on some versions of sh
export_ports_env: Migrate to dp_ prefixed variables but keep backwards compat for older Poudriere builds.
