wlroots CI already fails, see https://builds.sr.ht/~emersion/job/500703

No clue how KDE tests FreeBSD upstream but looking at https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwayland-server/-/merge_requests/130/diffs they do plan to use xdg-activation-v1.xml from wayland-protocols package.
