Summary

wblock asked me to finish porting this. It seems to build/package
correctly, but I haven't tried running it yet.

I'm concerned about the deprecated PYDISTUTILS_INSTALLNOSINGLE which is
required for this software, but I cannot find a workaround as it doesn't
appear we can replace PYDISTUTILS_INSTALLARGS in the port Makefile.

Excellent! It runs, although it doesn't allow text entry. Might be just the way I'm trying to run it. But the port works--thank you!

7	This should be `SF/translate/Virtaal/${PORTVERSION}/`.
14	translate-toolkit seems to be broken at the moment (py-utidy does not fetch and its mirrors seem to have disappeared).
