rP562607: graphics/mtpaint: Update to 3.50.03
Summary

Update from 3.40 to 3.50.03 over dozens of commit, named like 'pseudoversions' [1].
Each pseudoversion has a detailed, changelog like description.

The update uses the latest commit name as portversion.

What the port update does:

  • Switch from SourceForge to Github
  • Change from jp2v1 to jp2v2
  • Remove files/patch-src_png.c since fixed upstream
  • Adapt files/patch-configure
  • Remove GIF from CONFIGURE_ARGS (internal now)
  • Add WebP option
  • Add DOCS (README and NEWS)
  • USE_GNOME= gtk30 instead gtk20
  • Move mtpaint.1 from share/man/man1 to man/man1
  • Reorder CONFIGURE_ARGS and OPTIONS_DEFINE
  • Add new language 'Kabyle' [3]
  • Reorder some Makefile vars
  • Update distinfo and pkg-plist

Submitted by Nuno Teixeira <ed.arrakis@gmail.com> (new maintainer) in PR 252926.

Tested on Poudriere (amd64, i386). 'portlint -AC' is ok.
