Fixes Bug 252116

Just realized I introduced issues in the port test:

FATAL: Makefile: extra item "DEPRECATED" placed in the LICENSE section.
FATAL: Makefile: extra item "EXPIRATION_DATE" placed in the LICENSE section.

I can't tell where I should add these based on the information here: https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/dads-deprecated.html. I have based my decision on the example I found in another deprecated port: https://www.freshports.org/ports-deprecated.php

Please advise where it should be placed and I will gladly re-submit it.

Updated the location of the tags in the Makefile to make it compliant.

I don't believe so - I thought we are waiting for @timur since I am not a ports committer, but in this case, I can commit it with his approval on this review.
