This is a minor update for QGIS from 3.14.15 to 3.14.16. It fixes several problems and brings some new features[1].

What the port update should do:
- Update distversion number
- Remove portrevision
- Remove patch files needed for 3.14.15
- Move LIB_DEPENDS before RUN_DEPENDS
- Reorder entries in USES section
- Update distinfo
The patch is tested on Poudriere (only amd64; i386 not tested because of broken dependency multimedia/assimp)
'portlint -AC' seems fine.
Some test scenarios with running QGIS port work fine so far.
