Summary

I attempted to search, and having multiple sites listed means that no sites are returned. I cannot see how to search multiple sites, but a search of docs returns mostly index pages, so the pipermail seems to be a better choice.

Is it OK to abandon this revision now that we have a new website structure or do you think the new site needs this as well?

No, this needs to be updated to the new website.

I just went to: https://www.freebsd.org/search/#mailinglists

entered ethernet in the very last search query, and had the same results, that is, I didn't get any results because of the multiple domains listed.

Like before, if I remove one of the two sites, it works again.

Probably form-search-mail needs a similar code as form-search-site.

Is this the right file to change @carlavilla?
