Summary

I just realized today that I never got around to adding my pgp key, so I'm doing this now.
I also took the liberty of sorting the file alphabetically as addkeys.sh by des@ pointed out.
While running igor, I noticed a few minor nits, so I also fixed them.

Test Plan

Ran igor, which led me to add the extra blank lines and wrap two long lines.

Adding the diff via the website apparently accepts the key, whereas php-arcanist fails silently.
