Summary

https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=244162

The GMIC_QT_HOST can be set alternatively to "gimp", "krita" or "none" ("none" would build a standalone version).

Currently users who wish to use gmic with gimp can't do so.

kde@ already approved this in the PR. The only thing missing is a yay from portgmr concerning the flavorization.

@tcberner This is stalled because of the lack of portmgr approval.

portmgr lifted the approval requirement last month

Flavors have been in the ports tree long enough for everyone to properly know
how to use it or seek reviews if needed. It is time to relax the portmgr
limitation on it

@tcberner Thanks you, Tobias. I didn't know this. Yuri
