I think you did forget this one :)

Upstream had a question about how widely supported .Mt is - reportedly supported versions include dfly 2.10.1, FreeBSD 8.2, Minix 3.0.2 etc, Ubuntu 10.xx, etc. Many of these are old/obsolete so I'm not too concerned, but would like to know that it's been around for a while.

From my knowledge this is supported by gnu groff for a while just badly documented
This only competitor is heirloom roff which is supporting it on it latest version but I do not know which version of solaris that mean

Ok, thanks - as long as it's been a while I think it's fair game, and if it's a problem on e.g. Solaris we could just require groff to be installed there.

Committed upstream in r3195 https://sourceforge.net/p/elftoolchain/code/3195/
Will make it into FreeBSD on the next import
