address bug 199111, Document the 'rescue' command

Summary

ggatel.8 currently doesn't mention the 'rescue' command and
documents a non-existing 'attach' command instead.

The attached patch fixes this.

That is the problem. The checkout must be from svn+ssh://svn.freebsd.org/base/head . HTTP and plain SVN checkouts are read-only.
