Summary

/usr/ports/MOVED is sorted oldest-to-newest from top to bottom
of the list of entries. The description in the handbook can be
easily misinterpreted. This makes it more clear and easy to understand.

Test Plan

Double-check handbook vs. current content of /usr/ports/MOVED.
Then check again with the wording from the patch.

Thank you for the quick review. Could you get your mentors to sign off on the commit?

Could a doc committer commit this and close the item? Thank you in advance.

Ah, well, I'm not under mentorship any more, go ahead with it :-)
