Update libreoffice dependencies to latest revision (all in one)

Summary

I have added textproc/librevenge already and I'm now going to bump all libreoffice dependencies to latest revision
Because I do not want to inpact your potential work on them I prefer to have you reviewing them

I'm right now building libreoffice 4.1.6 (for which of course i will bump portrevision) so far it looks ok

libreoffice 4.1.6 builds fine, testing with 4.2.4 now
