Summary

x11-wm/xfce4-session: Add xflock4 option for xfce4-screensaver-command

This will ensure the "Super+L" key combination locks the screen when
x11/xfce4-screensaver is being used.

Test Plan

poudriere testport -j 13amd64 compiles ok

Runtime testing ok when using x11/xfce4-screensaver

I didn’t - it is already part of our local patch in the ports tree.

Given that this is a patch to a patch file, phabricator shows new changes with a highlighted background colour, and existing patch line changes with highlight font colour.

All clear!
