Summary

biology/py-dnaio: Read and write FASTQ and FASTA

Is there anything that must be done when adding a new port, besides adding
to biology/Makefile and running Tools/scripts/psvn? I'm not seeing anything
specific in the committer's guide.

Test Plan

portlint -AC: looks fine
Passed poudriere on {10.4,11.2}-{amd64,i386}
Tested as a dependency for py-cutadapt

Event Timeline

Never mind the new port question, I found it in FAQ.

Feel free to critique the port, though.

make checksubdirs is helpful when adding a new port. Based on what you said above, I think you are aware of this. I just mention it to be sure, because the changes to biology/Makefile are not included. Otherwise lgtm.

DISTVERSION?

Thanks, checksubdirs is not mentioned in the FAQ. It just says to make
sure you don't want a repocopy instead, and use Tools/scripts/addport.

I had changed to DISTVERSION in wip, but accidentally imported a previous
revision to $PORTSDIR/biology. :-/

Answered my own question + received some feedback.
