Qt/KDE component lists generated with [1,2]
Found a couple of problems in qt.mk and kde.mk:
- mbox-importer is listed twice in kde.mk
- wayland does not do anything due to missing a wayland_PORT etc in qt.mk
- account-wizard does not seem to do anything in kde.mk
- libkcompactdisc refers to non-existent audio/libcompactdisc-kde5 port (has been moved to audio/libkcompactdisc)
