Summary

shells/ksh93 is unmaintainable. 93v will not build on FreeBSD without a lot of effort. shells/ksh93-devel does fix the bug. Let's delete shells/ksh93 for now and create a new shells/ksh93 from ksh93-devel when ksh93 93w has been tagged by our upstream.

Test Plan

No testing required.
