Summary

Complete step 5 by updating mentor/mentee information in committers-ports.dot. Step 9, that is optional, is half-done by adding my birthday to calendar.freebsd. Maybe I'll add also a marker for astro/xearth in near future.

Note: The order of tcberner's mentees seems to be chronological, isn't it?
