Summary

Since kde5 is landing, I propose to update the documentation on the installation of kde by moving to kde5/plasma and adding a note on SDDM instead of kdm

^ I'm a bit nitpicky here. sddm is just a window manager that uses QML. It is not part of KDE.

So the wording should be KDM is no longer developed. A possible replacement is SDDM...
And keep the rest.

Thanks for working on this update of the handbook chapter.
Can you run textproc/igor over your changes and fix the issues that are reported (alignment of sections, tabs vs. spaces, etc.)?
