Summary

Currently, -i batt option description is very concise and could in fact be confusing: I know at least one case when user was literally invoking acpiconf -i batt in his console and was wondering why it didn't work.

Amend the description and explain that battery is specified by its number (index), starting with zero.

Can you bump the .Dd at the beginning of the man page when you commit it (since it's a content change)?
Thanks for explaining it a bit better!
