rD52023: Chase renamed URL for IRC channels on the wiki.

Summary

Update the link to the wiki page with a list of IRC channels. The page was
renamed some time ago and at the moment the link is pointing to the old site,
which redirectes to the new one.

We would like to retire the redirection so are chasing all the uses of the old
link.
