Summary

h2o typically runs relatively long beta cycles for its new
versions. A number of FreeBSD users of the existing port have asked if
we can have nice shiny things, so here it is.

I am not sure if there are alternative ways of sharing the Makefiles etc
for this port, the plist is only slightly different, the rc.d and the
config files and build still works the same, but thats not going to be
so clean once 2.4.x lands.

I've added USE_LDCONFIG here based on portlint feedback but I am not
clear on whether that alone is sufficient. This also needs to be added
to the original www/h2o port too BTW once I understand it.

Test Plan
  • portlint -AC appeased
  • poudriere LGTM
  • poudriere jails -l | cut -wf 2-3
