Generate test cases for ZFS on GPT for EFI only, or EFI+Legacy with rootgen.sh

Find the GPT bootcode partition(s) and update their contents for booting from ZFS

Additional fixes:

make qemu .sh files not get overwritten in _both() cases
copy more bootcode files to the target directory so installboot.sh can find them
