rP464646: new port: graphics/drm-stable-kmod
Summary

This is a direct repocopy from r46241 to provide a drm-stable-kmod. Mark as conflicts with drm-next-kmod (and vice versa). While there: correct pkg-descr for drm-next-kmod to correctly state that it is Linux 4.11.
