After the MFC of the linuxkpi to 11-STABLE, it is now supported by the Linux-based KMS modules.

Test Plan

poudriere tested w/ 11-STABLE and CURRENT amd64. hps has successfully tested it on 11-STABLE amd64 at runtime.
