Most of these look like good additions. I'd leave quim out since it isn't an actual word (neither google nor websters know it). Dictionary.com does know it, and lists it as vulgar. It lists words like shit and fuck that way too, both of which aren't in the dictionary.

I think this one is just slang and not an actual word. It's also rather rude. Many of the more popular words in this category aren't included either, so we shouldn't include this one.

Local settings issue?
Definitely there in the several sources including the Oxford Dictionary (English & US English)

Wiktionary also has it listed as "Affectedly nice, prim." and "Moving with ease and precision." (see second etymology)

How about twat?

marrian websters doesn't have it. Dictionary.com has it, but it's listed as vulgar:

noun

  1. (Brit, taboo) the female genitals

it has no US meaning.

Wiktionary also has it listed as "Affectedly nice, prim." and "Moving with ease and precision." (see second etymology)

As well as the vulgar meaning 'cunt'.

It's not in websters, at all, google doesn't know it (for their define XXX feature) and dictionary.com lists it as vulgar. The borrowing from scottish is listed as being a meaning in Ulster, which is the Ulster Scottish dictionary seems a little weak to overcome its other meaning.

It has a secondary meaning that's in several sources.

I can assure you google does list it with the define search prefix. I raised the other example because regardless of the second meaning, it is still vulgar slang and its there already.
I'll stop here and won't continue with this as I'm sure we all have better uses of our time.
Feel free to commit an edited version if you fancy it.

OK. Will do. Given the recent moves to greater gender sensitivity, I'm not keen on bringing in quim, but will do the rest.
