I see other public domain dedications like e.g. CC0 in
bsd.licenses.db.mk. Can The Unlicense be added too?

Also, you should probably add a template to Templates/Licenses.

(Note that whatever phabricator says here, you don't need portmgr's approval.)

Also, add that URL in the top comment block as an authoritative source for COPYFREE licenses :-)
