In general, making style-only changes frowned upon as it complicates the file's history in SVN. However, correcting a style bug in a file you just submitted is one of the allowed exceptions. Basically, it's acceptable and encouraged to fix style bugs whenever you work on a file, even if the style changes have their own commit.
