Test Plan

WARN: /usr/local/poudriere/ports/default/science/libsvm/pkg-descr: exceeds 24 lines, make it shorter if possible.(currently 27 lines)
WARN: Makefile: for new port, make $FreeBSD$ tag in comment section empty, to make SVN happy.
0 fatal errors and 2 warnings found.
portlint complains about exceeding lines, but there is no limit set on porters handbook.
I don't really see a good reason to narrow it down a few lines so leaving it alone.
