sysutils/intel-nvmupdate, update to 5.05_1, in-place distfile change

Summary

Update sysutils/intel-nvmupdate to 5.05_1 to reflect the in-place change of the distfile.

In-place changes include:

• Unbreak on 11.0-RELEASE
• Add pre-boot option ROM image file
• Change the configuration file to update the option ROM image automatically
• Update X710-T4 PHY firmware image

Test Plan

• Used the package to update NVM on XL710-QDA1 on FreeBSD-11.0-RELEASE-p1
• Portlint says:
