Summary

From PR 215290: tomcat85 is based on a copy of tomcat8. Upstream supports numerous versions in parllel and 8.5 has been out for some time while 9.0 is in development.

Test Plan

Poudriere 11.0 amd64 OK (NO_ARCH/NO_BUILD)
