Remove the phrase from boilerplate copyright we stick on vers.c when
we can't find the template file. In practice, this won't change a
thing, except for the case of compiling the kernel standalone w/o the
rest of a tree on a system that doesn't have
/usr/share/examples/etc/bsd-copyright installed.
