Improve googletest TEST_INTERFACE support

Switch googletest.test.mk from the plain test interface to the googletest
interface.

This requires experimental features, currently only available in my
GitHub kyua fork: https://github.com/ngie-eign/kyua/tree/add-googletest-support

I am close enough to completing the project that it's time to move my work from
git to svn for developer visibility.
