MFC r344921:

pf: Fix DIOCGETSRCNODES

r343295 broke DIOCGETSRCNODES by failing to reset 'nr' after counting the
number of source tracking nodes.
This meant that we never copied the information to userspace, leading to '? ->
?' output from pfctl.
