• Update WOL support for newer em(4) devices. [1]
• Add support for Kaby Lake generation i219 (4) and i219 (5) devices.
• Enable WOL features also for the igb(4) class of devices. [1]
• Don't set any WOL enabling hardware bits if WOL isn't requested according to the enabled interface capability bits.
