share/examples/tests/{atf,plain}/Makefile: tweak example Makefile snippets
- Including bsd.own.mk isn't required since no MK_<foo> knobs are being manipulated.
- Update documentation to note that ${FILES} is installed via bsd.progs.mk, not bsd.prog.mk.
