change GNU ld LINKER_TYPE from binutils to bfd
GNU binutils includes two linkers: ld.bfd and ld.gold. For clarity use
LINKER_TYPE=bfd to refer to ld.bfd, the original binutils linker that
identifies itself as "GNU ld".
