Use SRCTOP-relative paths to other directories instead of .CURDIR-relative ones

The SRCTOP conversion simplifies pathing in make/displayed output.

Also, while here, change a hardcoded path to ${RPCDIR}/ypxfrd.x in
the make targets with ${.ALLSRC} .
