Minor zfs test suite fixes

tests/sys/cddl/zfs/tests/cli_root/zfs_inherit/zfs_inherit_001_neg.ksh
Remove space accounting properties from being tested. They're not
strictly controllable from the test.

tests/sys/cddl/zfs/tests/hotspare/hotspare_scrub_002_pos.ksh
Fix a typo in a comment.
