Update the arm/*.conf configuration files to only set
EMBEDDEDBUILD, EMBEDDED_TARGET, EMBEDDED_TARGET_ARCH,
EMBEDDEDPORTS, and KERNEL.

In release.sh, set TARGET and TARGET_ARCH to the
EMBEDDED_* variants from the configuration file.
