Rename kernel{_*,}_symbols.txz -> kernel{_*,}-dbg.txz.
Default kernel-dbg.txz to 'on' and kernel_*-dbg.txz to
'off' in the MANIFEST.
Add additional string manipulation to properly display
the description.
