Add Realtek RTL8201E 10/100 PHY found in RTL8105E controller. The
exact model name is not clear yet. All previous RTL8201 10/100 PHYs
used 0x8201 in MII_PHYIDR2 which in turn makes model number 0x20
but this PHY used new model number 0x08.
