Reduce diffs to RELENG_6:

• Use bus_dmamap_load_mbuf_sg() rather than a private simple callback in conjuction with bus_dmamap_load_mbuf().
• Use bus_alloc_resource_any().
• Remove bogus BUS_DMA_ALLOCNOW flag.
