x11/wezterm: simplify install
Replace fragile/ugly install workaround with CARGO_INSTALL_PATH.
Before the port adopted USES=ssl by disabling vendor_openssl
CARGO_INSTALL_PATH failed because USES=cargo tried to build during
install phase.
