Fix some problems reported by people:

• Makefile:

[1] Typo in FONT[100,75]DPI... sigh. How did I miss this one?

	    This is probably the main reason people are seeing "don't know
	    how to make /usr/X11R6/bin/ucs2any.pl" when building the font
	    ports, but I'm not certain.

• distinfo:

[2] Remove -- no longer needed.
