www/py-flexget: rename to flexget and clean up

• Update COMMENT and pkg-descr from upstream
• Drop py- suffix because standalone and only for default python
• Drop out-of-date "Created by": everything changed since r321564
• Drop PORTEPOCH as package name changed
• Sort variables
