graphics/drm-devel-kmod: Update to latest version

This fix the vboxvideo module. Console doesn't update, one need to
interact with the vbox gui so it's refreshed.
I don't know yet if it's a vbox problem or drm driver one.
While here update pkg-descr to have the correct url and info.
