graphics/cairo: drop RUN_DEPENDS on xorgproto
Cairo API doesn't expose any of xorgproto headers. Even if some
consumers *implicitly* depend on xorgproto via cairo the bootlegging
still occurs: cairo -> libX11 -> libXdmcp -> xorgproto.
