devel/py-pyface: Update to 6.1.2

• Introduce new default option QT5 [1] to let the port make use of the Qt5 toolkit.

• Add a "do-test" target, which also makes use of the recently added enhancements to pyqt.mk that were introduced in r537134, to make future QA easier.
