security/nmap: Update to 7.80

• Remove local patches incorporated upstream.
• Add patches to add missing libibverbs dependency when linking libpcap statically (required to allow build on FreeBSD >= 12.0). (See similar fix applied to port net-mgmt/dhcdrop in r499639).
